Inside Bruce Brooks Loft, drive behind the Fairfield Uniform Company following the Parking sign or Annie's Candle Making Signs to the back of our building. 

 

Are your couches used? 

No, All of our couches have never been inside anyone's home unless strictly stated as "Pre-Owned". 

 

Are your pre-owned couches clean and safe to use?​

Yes, our pre-owned couches are professionally steam cleaned and vacuumed to ensure they are in excellent condition. They come from smoke-free and pet-free homes. Additionally, we are a Connecticut licensed Secondhand Dealer of Bedding & Upholstered Furniture, guaranteeing that our couches meet all necessary health and safety standards.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in Connecticut and to parts of Westchester County. For more accurate delivery pricing, please contact us during our business hours.

Do you ship couches to other states?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to other states at the moment. All of our couches must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within our delivery range, which includes Connecticut and parts of Westchester County.

Where do you get your couches from?

We source the majority of our couches from various high-quality channels, including:

• Floor Sample Models: These are couches that were previously displayed in big-brand retail stores.

• Liquidated Pieces: We acquire pieces that have been liquidated by retailers.

• Overstock: Our inventory includes couches that are excess stock from manufacturers or retailers.

• Past Season: We also offer models from previous seasons, ensuring a wide range of styles and designs at affordable prices.
