Outlet Policy

  All Sales Final Policy 

  (Outlet Section) 

1. Final Sale

  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.  

2. No Warranties 

  •  All couches are sold "as-is" with no warranties, guarantees, or exceptions.  

3. Customer Inspection

  • Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect their item upon pickup or delivery to ensure complete satisfaction. 
  • Once the item is picked up or delivered, the sale is considered final.  

4. Assumption of Risk

  • The customer assumes all risks regarding the quality, condition, and performance of the item.
  • The customer will bear all costs for any servicing or repairs if the item proves defective after purchase.  

5. No Refunds for Used or Assembled Items:  

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used, assembled, or installed.  


Pickup & Delivery Policy

1. Scheduling Pickup or Delivery 

  • Pickup or delivery must be scheduled within **48 hours** of purchase or by an extended date approved by management on the day of purchase.  

2. Holding Merchandise

  • The Couch House LLC cannot hold merchandise beyond the scheduled pickup or delivery date.  

3. Rescheduling Fee

  • Rescheduling within **24 hours** of the pickup/delivery date may incur a **$50 rescheduling fee**.  

4. Missed Pickup  

  • If an order is not picked up within **48 hours** (or an approved extended date): 
  • A refund will be issued with a **20% restocking fee** if the item was paid in full.  
  • If the purchase was secured with a **$100 hold deposit**, the deposit is **non-refundable**.  
  •  If the customer wishes to repurchase the item after a missed pickup, they must pay the full current price.  

5. Customer Agreement  

  • By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and authorizes their credit card company to abide by them.  

6. Right to Cancel Orders  

  •  The Couch House LLC reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.  


Delivery Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Restocking Fee for Returns or Cancellations  

  • If a customer chooses delivery and decides to return or cancel the item upon arrival for any reason other than damage caused by The Couch House delivery team, a **$100 restocking fee** will be deducted from the deposit or full purchase amount.  

 This includes but is not limited to:  

  •   The couch does not fit through a doorway or into the space.  
  •   The couch is larger than expected.  
  •   The customer notices damage or stains they did not see at the time of purchase.  

2. Outlet Items Purchased Sight Unseen

  • Customers who purchase outlet items sight unseen and request delivery accept all risks regarding the item's condition.  
  • We strongly recommend visiting the store in person to inspect the couch for 100% satisfaction before purchasing.  

3. Free Delivery Promotions

  • If a customer takes advantage of a free delivery promotion but then cancels or rejects the delivery, the **$100 restocking fee** will still apply and be deducted from the couch price.  


Delivery Labor Policy

1. Agreed Labor Terms 

  • Our delivery team will only provide labor as per the agreed terms set at the time of sale.  

2. Upgrading Delivery Service

  • If a customer only paid for curbside delivery but then requests the team to bring the item inside and set it up, the delivery charge will be upgraded to the higher "White Glove" delivery tier and must be paid before the additional service is provided.  

3. Additional Labor Requests

  • If a customer requests additional labor (e.g., moving other furniture, removing an old couch, or taking an item to the dump), an extra charge will apply on the spot for these services.  

4. Direct Payment to Employees

  •  If a customer pays The Couch House employees directly for extra labor, or if an employee decides to provide additional labor without compensation to The Couch House, The Couch House and its employees are exempt from all liability for any damages or issues that may occur. The customer assumes full responsibility.  


Pickup Policy

1. Vehicle Size

  • Customers must ensure their vehicle is appropriately sized for transporting the purchased item.  

2. Wrapping and Securing Materials 

  • The Couch House LLC does not provide wrapping materials or securing equipment. Customers are responsible for bringing necessary equipment to secure their items.  

3. Assistance with Loading

  • Our associates may assist with loading but reserve the right to refuse if there is a risk of injury or property damage.  

4. Damage During Loading or Transportation 

  • The Couch House LLC is not responsible for any damage to merchandise or vehicles during loading or transportation.  

5. Third-Party Delivery Services  

  • If a customer hires a third-party delivery service, The Couch House LLC is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused by the delivery service.

The Couch House LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website or in-store.
