Warranty Terms
CouchHouse Mattress warrants to the original purchaser that the mattress will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period listed above. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Structural defects causing abnormal deterioration under normal residential use.
- Broken or defective components resulting from manufacturing issues.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Comfort preference changes.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, stains, burns, cuts, or improper support.
- Mattresses used commercially unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Transportation or handling damage after delivery.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, contact The Couch House with proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect. The company reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
